Customer Cancellations

• Cancellation 24 hours before pickup: No charge.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% charge.
• Cancellation within 6 hours OR no-show: 100% charge.

Driver / Company Cancellations

If we cancel due to operational reasons:

• Full refund (if paid)
• Free upgrade or rebooking option

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued through:

• Bank transfer
• Original payment method

Refund time: 5–7 working days
